Accepting New Clients for Telehealth
Thanks for taking a moment to consider therapy services as a way to address difficulties that you may be dealing with right now. Working with a therapist, like myself, can be a good way to discuss a mental health challenges such as anxious feelings, ruminating thoughts, or depressed mood. You may feel that something has shifted for you emotionally, and you aren’t sure how to manage it; or you may be going through a major life transition and are feeling like you are having a hard time dealing with the stress. These are all great reasons to consider working with a therapist, and I would be honored to support you in your therapeutic process. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, with a broad focus of supporting people, like you, through complex issues.
With our time together, you can expect to focus on learning coping strategies while also digging into issues that you may have been unsure how to process on your own. We will build up your tools for coping so that you are emotionally prepared as the topics of discussion become more sensitive and vulnerable. In working together, I hope that you will feel empowered and equipped to handle difficult things that have happened to you, in addition to any new life hurdles that can and may arise.
I look forward to hearing from you, and learning your story as we work together to provide you with the tools and confidence you need to successfully navigate your therapeutic goals. To take the next step towards working on your therapeutic goals, reach out through our contact form below!
