My ideal clients are women, individuals, couples, and parents navigating anxiety, complex trauma, grief, relationship stress, or family conflict. Many come to my practice feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, stuck in painful relational patterns, or facing difficult transitions.
I’m Eliana Baek, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Using a collaborative, compassionate approach, I help you slow down and find clarity. Together, we work to release patterns that no longer serve you, heal deep wounds, and gently build healthier ways of moving forward.I specialize in couples, anxiety, and relationship dynamics, providing therapy in English and Portuguese. Rather than a rigid formula, I draw from a flexible toolkit.
Depending on your goals, I selectively blend elements of EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, CBT techniques, Prepare & Enrich, or attachment principles to safely support your unique path. Taking the first step toward therapy isn't easy, but simply being here is a powerful beginning.
