Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
"Welcome—I'm so glad you're here.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it's your first time. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood—just as you are.
I'm a therapist who uses a Person-Centered approach at the core of my work, believing in the healing power of genuine connection, empathy, and respect for your unique journey. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)—tailoring each session to meet your specific needs. I also integrate tools from How We Love, offering insights into relational patterns that impact emotional wellness.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and the often silent struggles of suicidal thoughts or self-harm. These experiences can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through them alone. Together, we’ll build a path toward relief, resilience, and renewed hope.
I offer a culturally sensitive and inclusive space, especially for clients from minority and multicultural backgrounds. I deeply value the richness of diverse experiences and understand the unique challenges that can come with holding multiple cultural identities.
Whether you're here to explore long-standing patterns or simply need support in a difficult moment, I’m honored to walk alongside you."
