Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families
Have you ever wondered why certain patterns keep showing up in your life, even when you want things to be different?
Our experiences, relationships, family dynamics, and cultural backgrounds shape how we understand ourselves and connect with others. I believe that exploring these patterns with curiosity and compassion can help us gain insight, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful change.
My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. My therapeutic approach draws from person-centered, attachment-based, family systems, and somatic perspectives, helping clients explore how past experiences influence their present emotions and relationships.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and families navigating relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, emotional difficulties, and questions of identity. My experiences with multicultural relationships and parenthood have deepened my appreciation for how cultural values, family expectations, and generational experiences shape our emotional well-being.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process grounded in empathy, genuine connection, and curiosity. Whether you're feeling stuck in familiar patterns or seeking healthier relationships and a deeper understanding of yourself, my hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater self-awareness, connection, and meaningful change.
